Baby in Labyrinth honours David Bowie by recreating 'Magic Dance'
Labyrinth, starring the late, great David Bowie is one of our all-time favourite films, so we were incredibly moved to see a special performance of hit song Magic Dance by an all-grown up Toby! Yep, Toby the baby. How cool is that?
Filmmaker Toby Froud, who played the baby captured by David Bowie’s Goblin King in the movie, captioned the YouTube video: “I found this clip from the first night of shooting “Lessons Learned” (his short film). Tired and feeling silly we broke out “Dance Magic” In a celebration of Puppets, Film-making and Bowie! In Memory of David Bowie.”
We love how really goes for it in the video, pulling all the moves baby Toby did in the original.
